1. Wrap the measure around the desired finger.

2. Ensure that the measure isn’t too tight that it is uncomfortable, keeping in mind that it should not slip over the knuckle too easily.

3. Wear the measure for a minute or so to make sure it feels comfortable and isn’t cutting off circulation.
